Abstracts can be submitted by choosing the corresponding area according to the conference pillars. Each pillar contains different topics, which should be used to better classify your submission and provide a better assignment to reviewers.

How to submit

– Click on the “Submit” button to access the abstract submission system.
– Create your user Profile by clicking on “Create an account” and fill in the required fields.
– Activate your account by clicking on the link you will receive in the email you indicated, and sign in.
– Start a new submission by clicking on “New Abstract”. Follow the instructions and upload one single PDF/.doc document (max 2 MB) including text, figures, and tables, using the provided Abstract template.
– The attachment name should respect the format Surname_Pillar.Topic, ex. “Rossi_1.3.pdf”
– All authors will receive a confirmation email after the submission.
– Authors will be notified along the process about the status of their application.
